Sažetak
Legal consequences of treating the works of art as goods in croatian law. Croatia is among those countries that acknowlidge droit de suite (resale right). Including the provision of the Directive 2001/84/EC on the resale right for the benefit of the author of an original work of art in a Copyright Law, Croatia shall be one of the first Europe countries with the new regulations of droit de suite.
