Sažetak
The main goal of the research was to determine the latent structure composed of 26 handball game attributes on the basis of 134 manifest indicators of the TE-TA activity in handball. The factor analysis under the component model according to the Guttman-Kaiser criterion was employed. The initial co-ordinate system was transformed by means of nonorthogonal rotation according to the oblim criterion. Five significant latent dimensions obtained explained 85.1% of the total variance of the mainifest space. However, only three latent dimension could be interpretated well enough as: THE FACTOR OF PLAYING PERFORMANCE ON OFFENCE, THE FACTOR OF PLAYING PERFORMANCE ON DEFENCE and THE FACTOR OF GOALKEEPER'S PERFORMANCE. The obtained results allowed for the proposal of the latent structure model consisting of the handball tehnical-tactical elements.
