Sažetak
E. coli bacteria found in the normal intestinal microflora of animals and humans, where she participated in the production of smaller amounts of cellulose, vitamin K, and B12, riboflavin and thiamine. Neuron-specific enolaze and S-100 protein specific neuroendocrine and neural markers, which can be used to explore the process of differentiation in the intestine of the fetus. Investigated the gastro-duodeno-pankreatitic system (GPD) of human fetal gestational age of 18-42. weeks. After the 18th weeks intensiv expression of NSE and S-100 in the pancreas was observed than those in pilorusu or intestine. In 23rd week expression of NSE and S-100 is visible in the endocrine cells in pilorus first, and then in the duodenum. In 26th intramural week's nervous system hoses fully developed and similar to fetuses from the later weeks pregnancy. Most of NSE and S-100 positive neuroendocrine cells by their volume density match to gastrinal cells from later stages of fetal development. The paper emphasized the link between the nervous system autoimmune and neuroendocrine system.
