Sažetak
A simplified procedure is suggested for measurement of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase activity in whole blood with acetylthiocholine as substrate and ethopropazine as a selective inhibitor of butyrylcholinesterase. We consider this procedure to be acceptable as a screening or field assay.
