Sažetak
This is a set of routines for basic arithmetic operations, input/output, square root and integer to floating point conversion. The subroutines are called by means of TRAP instruction via trap handler and are not permitted for use like common subroutines. In this way the Floating Point Program can not be interfaced with the assembly programs using TRAP instruction. After completion of the routine the condition codes are set depending upon the result. The contents of any of the six general purpose registers (R0-R6) can be used as the address of the operand. The program is developed on the PDP-11/03-L under RT-11 operating system. No Extended Arithmetic Option (EIS and FIS) is required.
