Sažetak
Long-therm follow up of a patients with a mixed form of parenchymal and meningeal cysticercosis, is reported. The diagnosis was established by means of computerized tomography and diagnostic titers of cysticercosis antibody in serum and cerebrospinal fluid. Praziquantel and corticosteroids therapy was administered in four cycles. During the first cycle, praziquantel and corticosteroids were administered daily. During further cycles praziquantel was administered every day and corticosteroids every other day. The patients recovered with almost complete disappearance of radiologic and neurologic abnormalities and returned to his work.
