Sažetak
The paper describes the complex process of elaboration of the legal framework for renewable energy sources, including bioenergy, in Croatia. It includes the description of the overall legal framework, cost-benefit and other analysis conducted as a part of the process of defining the national target/minimum share for renewables and biomass, methodology for external costs and benefits (local and global) inclusion, ways of participation for national and international experts and consultants and an overview of all documents and supportive measures.
