Sažetak
The goal of this paper is to give an overview of the knowledge management initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry and the knowledge management strategy in PLIVA. The paper presents the progress pharmaceutical companies have made in the knowledge management area in the last few years, critical success factors for knowledge management and the commonest reason for failure of different initiatives. It gives an insight into the Knowlege Management Project in PLIVA and explains the history of and reasons for starting up the Project.
