Sažetak
Agile manufacturing can be defined as the capability to survivied prosper in a competetive environment of continuos and upredictable change by reacting quickly and effectively markets, driven by customer-designed production and services. The keys enablers of agile manufacturing include: virtual enterprise, physically distributed manufacturing architecture and teams, rapid partnership, concurrent engineering, integration information system, rapid prototyping tools and electronic commerce. The paper analyses the first an dbasic agile manufacturing key and shows the concept of enterprises for the production of windlass as well.
