Sažetak
The autor wants to explore paticularities of the organizational culture appearing in the Croatian hospitality industry. The topic involved in our research work are Croatian hotels with the emphasis on stock companies especially in tourist resorts. The models of the research perfomed will be organizational structures applied in the Croatian hotels. The goal of the research work is to specify and investigate the characteristics of the organizational cultures in the Croatian hotels.
