Sažetak
Today's global labour market has been encouraging a need for the creative teamwork for the purpose of the development of new original works, innovations and knowledge. Most part of his life man passes in a group with other men (sports groups, working groups, social, friendly, political, educational, school...). Each of these groups represents a particular unity, that is a system of dominant relationships inside a particular group. The need for teamwork emerges out of the fact that man is according to the characteristics of his personal development a social being so that the life with other men is more important than independence. In interaction with other people man becomes aware of himself. In the working interaction with other people he creates his own aims, ideas and projects in a creative manner, because man is "by his own nature a creative being as well, which means that creativity is his mode of existence". (Stevanović, 1998.page 6)
