Sažetak
Based on effects of site-directed mutagenesis of conserved residues on Erm(C)-RNA interaction and deletion analysis of the small domain of the enzyme inhibition of Erm Methylases seems likely to provide a novel approach to combat the antibiotic resistance by ribosomal methylation.
