Sažetak
When measuring tissue sample attenuation by TDS it is necessary to be able to reliably distinguish direct sound from its first reflection. While performing measurements, difficulties may arise due to direct sound shifting from one line window to another line window, which is caused by the difference in speed of ultrasound propagation through the reference and measured media. The necessary transducer distance and the allowed thickness of the measured sample must, therefore, be previously defined, to keep the movement, which can not be avoided, within the same line window.
