Sažetak
Spine deformities are seen in the offices of general practitioner, orthopedic surgeon and fisical therapist. Often they stay undetectable or not enough evaluated which can lead to numerous issues. Currently there is no widely used method for quick, accurate and non-invasive evaluation of spine. Another problem is the fact that such patient should be transported in some specialized center where the quality therapeutic solution could be obtained, and where there are technical and medical resourses. With the help of X-rays the measurement conclusion about the size of spine deformity could be done, but, this method is invasive and there is not recommendable for patient to do it frequently. Our idea that is already supported with published work of other authors is to use 3D optical scanning system for evaluating of spine deformities and asymmetry.
