Sažetak
The purpose and main objectives of this paper are: (1) to determine the shoppers’ preferences regarding the external and internal elements of the store design in relation to their basic demograp , hic characteristics (gender, age, education and household income) and (2) to suggest practical solutions to retailers wishing to concentrate on those elements which prove as the most effective in attracting and keeping customers.
