Sažetak
Regulation 2790/99 contains the basic rules on when and how the distribution agreement can be exemted from the article 81 prohibition. Distribution agreement are regarded by Commission as anticompetitive because they prevent competitors from entering a specific distribution territory or product range. But on the other hand, they promote distribution and help enterpreneurs to enter the new market. The key factor in determining whether an agreement can be exempted will now be the market share treshold.
