Sažetak
The author shows how the five line system has helped the analytical Glagolitic paleography to develop its own exact methods of research. It has modified the approach to the historical development of the Glagolitic script. The author gives a survey of different aspects of the contribution of this graphic model to the new insight in the position and size of the Glagolitic characters. Special attention is given to the line system of writing in the oldest Glagolitic documents from the 10th to 12th century.
