Sažetak
The regional development model of the county of Osijek-Baranja is based to stimulate the development of small and medium entreprises through the increase of employment, the stimulation of refugees return. For that cause the development strategy is worked out and the goals are set to establish priorities and principal activities an small business development. Famous European organization like NMCP (Netherlands Management Cooperation Programme), Friuli Venezia-Giulia, IFC and World Bank are involved to realize the planned activities.
