Sažetak
Research of activities of exterior loads that have effect on the medical personnel, inside their operations, throughout lifting and shifting of patients in medical institutions and working environments, is central problematics of ergonomic judgement in the evaluation of importance of human work, where an interest for such an aspect of research has followed from. In frameworks of ergonomic analysis of work of the employees in the home for older people, for those positions which have been evaluated as the heaviest, the research of work extertions has been carried out. In the analysis was used a method of establishing changes of pressure in the abdominal press. For the efficient determining of moment in the lumbar spine, method of defining of necessary extensions of forces, which is based on formation of the virtual space with examiness and protegees, has been used. Results have shown that this kind of work, with some of its segments is a hard work.
