Sažetak
It is evident that the field of management development is vast and it continuous flux. It is estimate that we are moving towards a networking learning economy, where the opportunity and capability to access knowledge and increase learning capacity will determine the relative success of individuals and firms. The support from the universities is positively related to management learning. Therefore it is helpful to put some order on the various categorizations and where the role of distance learning fits into this framework. Institutional parameters become the default boundaries of appropriate/acceptable behaviour and therefore, guidelines in the development of strategies. A new research network, developing understanding of e-learning to support new pedagogical techniques within higher education and with groups currently under-represented in e-learning While studies have taken place earlier to explore some social aspects of Internet use, this paper will take a deeper view. The paper will discuses a knowledge sharing approach. To develop deeper understanding of other factors at work in encouraging e-learning, we will also carried out to evaluate how e-learning is affected by personality and thinking styles.
