Transformation of an existing or formation of a new construction enterprise organization adjusted to the requirements of international standards (ISO 9000-9004, 14000) and with total quality management, is a necessary requirement of the century. Competitive management theories, contradicting methodologies, proprietary tools, and technological ability above the usual – all these are features typical for stepping int the new millennium.
