Sažetak
The Paper has discussed about the elements of identity from Built Environment that has to be discovered, described and evaluated during the process of preparing detailed developed plans. The paper uses the example of a detailed developed plan for a new Place on the island of Hvar and how the discovered elements were input into the planning and building ordinances in order to provide urban identity for new Places.
