Sažetak
Technological facilities of multimedial data transfer have to some extent reached the quality ( where we can talk about a real time check up, diagnostics or education. Urgent taking care of patients and direct contact with surrogates of reality (multimedia) is a good tool in emergency cases and transfer of knowledge. Standards which determine reasons for telemedical transfer should be discussed among communication professionals. Forum groups, where experts discuss and give opinions on individual cases or new phenomena, therapies etc., are being realised very quickly via Internet services that are being used in our country.
