Sažetak
400 patients with diagnosis of "laryngopathia degenerativa" which embraces the following entities: glottic sulcus, vocal , vocal fold atrophy, chronic atrophic laryngitis were analyzed using digital fiberscopy, digital endoscopy and digital stroboscopy with simultaneous acoustical analysis. Those diagnosis mostly related to vocal abuse and vocal misuse (phonotrauma), vocal fatigue, hormonal misbalances, GERD, rhinolaryngeal irritation by postnasal drip, smoking , consumption of alcohol and profession .Also the possibly of congenital malformation in the development of layer structure and connective fibers in Reinke's space were discussed as basic etiological mechanism. The development of such specific structures were investigated and demonstrated on human fetal larynxes serial sections.
