Sažetak
The problem of the light frequency changing is considered for the case where a light source is moving with a velocity v, relative to an observer, in a strong gravitational field. For solution of this problem one needs a coordinate transformations model in a strong gravitational field. The problem of the coordinate transformations in a gravitational field has been solved by using a new General Lorentz Transformation model (GLT-model). This model employs two field parameters, alfa and alfa prime, that have been identified in a strong gravitational field. Thus, starting with the GLT-model, a new formula for calculation of a relativistic gravitational redshift (blueshift) in a strong gravitational field is derived. In the case where the field parameters alfa = alfa prime = 1 (it means that a gravitational field does not present), the relativistic gravitational redshift formula is transformed into the standard Doppler effect expression, well known in the Special Relativity. On the other side, if the velocity v = 0, then the relativistic gravitational redshift formula is transformed into the pure gravitational redshift equation, valid in the General Relativity. Thus, the presented model is in a fact a new relativistic model of the gravitational redshift (blueshift), valid for a strong as well as a weak gravitational field.
