Sažetak
For institutions with organised accommodation and nutrition, such as boarding schools and military academy where nutritional assessment of daily meals (breakfast, dinner and supper). The examined group includes young women and men at age of 14-19 years that are accommodated in boarding schools. Analysis of food intake and anthropometric measurements of body high and weight were made in all 50 Croatian boarding schools. Considering the possibility of not-consuming all meals in the boarding school restaurant, the students have fulfilled a questionnaire that could give answers of their alimentary habits in the boarding school and out, and the result was a precise look in the daily nutritive and energy import. Represented are all counties of Republic of Croatia what enables to analyse the differences and comparison of alimentary habits and also differences and comparison of anthropometry characteristic for a population group of 14-19 years.
