Sažetak
The paper describes maintenance model in pre-transition period, as well as property structure. It also describes new trends in this area after political changes caused by privatization. Recent changes in the law regarding maintenance are also discussed. The main part of the paper presents a short survey of key features for maintenance model of residential buildings. Survey covers problems in maintenance model of residential buildings and financing models regarding the level of maintenance. The selected directions for further improvements are enclosed.
