Sažetak
The aim of this analysis is to get knowledge, why the cracks begin at hooks, around the area 1. An assumption for beginning of the cracks is as follows: During the stop down of GT, the Hot Gas Casing cools down faster than the Compressor Diff. Central Part. The top of the segment ETS 0 has been pulled by the Hot Gas Casing (HGC) in the direction of the HGC central vertical axis. This pulling causes a bending of the segment top and stresses in hooks, in the area 1.The level of stresses depends on magnitude of top isplacements. The strength analysis are done for several load cases as follows: - Due to force displacements of the top of segment which is close connected to HGC. - Due to the steady state thermal condition - Due to difference pressure of 0.09 Mpa ( 7% of 13 bar) which acts on the back of segment
