Sažetak
In this work was investigated activity of selected mixed bacterial culture for 6-aminonaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid (6AN2SA) biodegradation, at microaerophilic conditions. Experiments were carried out at defined parameters: concentrations of 6AN2SA 500-700 mg/L, dissolved oxygen 0.2-0.4 mg/L and microbial biomass concnetration 0.5-1.0 g/L. Complete 6AN2SA degradation was determined by measuring of 6AN2SA concentaration, TOC-value, COD-value, total nitrogen and sulfate. In selected mixed bacteria culture dominated Pseudomonas strains. Degradation of 500 mg/L 6AN2SA by selected mixed bacterial cultures at microaerophilic conditions was achieved after 7 days.
