Sažetak
Every project unfolds under conditions of higher or lower uncertainty due to unforeseen events occurring within the project itself or its surroundings. Such events often cause disorder and damage that can jeopardise project goals. Main civil engineering project goals are structure construction within set timeframe, within planned budget and required quality. Project success is measured by accomplishing of those goals. Mentioned damage caused by unforeseen events may be quantified. Risk management is directed towards removal of possible damages expected to occur. Classification and identification of risk factors are unavoidable procedures preceding the risk management. Simulation is a very suitable procedure of risk analysis.
