Sažetak
Data and observations collected over a period of several years predominantly place the quality of the seawater of the beaches of the Kvarner Bay in the second category of quality (making it suitable for swimming and water sports). The seawater surrounding island capes generally belongs to the first category of purity. Seawater of the third and fourth category can be found in bays where the natural filtration of water is slow, as well as in the vicinity of water pollution sources on the mainland.
