The design of a guiding idea should be viewed as a joint effort by the carriers of the toruism offer in actively shaping the future of the guiding idea that, to a certain extend, encompasses the concept of what is not desiderabla for a given region and which direction of development should be taken. Implementing the new process oriented view of tourism is the task of reengineering.
