Sažetak
Antimicrobial prescribing in ICU is influenced by local resistance pattern. Overlaping symptoms of bacterial infections and underlined disease make the appropriate antimicrobial prescribing complicated.Bactericidal action of antimicrobials is crucial in ICU patients. Time dependent and concentration dependent kiling has to be taken in to account.
