Sažetak
First part contains articles on communitarization of Private International Law, on Private International Law in the European Union and the exception of mutual recognition and on European family law for cross-border situations in particualr with regard to the Brussels II Regulation and its possible amendments. Second part contains national reports on Private International Law in Canada, Russian Federation, Belgium and China. Third part contains reports on court decisions, namely, on Centros and Ueberseering, and another one regarding the trusts in Switzerland. In the secation news from the Hague the present work of Hague Conference on Private International Law is presented, in section news from Rome the present work of UNCITRAL is described, and in the section news from Washington the work of 6th Inter-American Specialized Conference on Private International Law was portrayed. The "Forum" contains two articles: one on private international law and enforcement of competition law, and the other on multinational groups of companies and individual employment contracts and European Private International Law. The last part of the Yearbook contrains selected text, materials and recent developments as well as book reviews and the list of received books.
