Sažetak
This paper builds up a model for comparison and ranking of performance indicators. The model is created in response to the real needs for performance analysis and comparison of all productive enterprises in the Split-Dalmatian County. After the enterprises are divided into sub-sets of "losers" and "winners", the measure of average performance is defined as the basis for comparison and ranking. Complete procedure is new and it can be considered as the scientific contribution of the paper. It also provides the performance scale ranking the enterprises of the entire data base.
