Sažetak
The aim of this study was to investigate the biocompatibility of three root canal sealers by evaluating their influence on macrophage function.The sealres tested were Apexit, AH Plus and Ketac Endo. Peritoneal macrophages functions were evaluated by calculating the adherence, phagocytic, candidacidal and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) dye assays. The materials influenced macrophages activity in vitro.
