Sažetak
This article presents a trading mechanism suitable for business-to-business (B2B) electronic negotiation and sale of multimedia services with guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS) in an electronic market (e-market) for multimedia services. The trading mechanism enables market-based collaboration in multi-agent system (MAS) for QoS management which is composed of Intelligent Agents (IAs) that provide automated formation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in the service delivery chain. One major goal of the multi-agent system is to balance service supply with demand for services in the e-market for multimedia services. A scenario with multimedia service trading shows that proposed multi-attribute auction mechanism is efficient means of achieving such coordination.
