Sažetak
This article presents automated sale and delivery of optical services with guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS) using multi-agent system (MAS) for QoS management which is composed of Intelligent Agents (IAs) that ensure guaranteed QoS according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in service delivery chain. The emerging intelligent optical networks combined with multi-agent system for QoS management open up exciting opportunities to connectivity providers for delivering new customized optical services. Business model centered on bandwidth trading is presented to demonstrate the need for various trade mechanisms, used by the IAs, which will support the creation of the electronic market (e-market) for Managed Optical Services (MOSs).
