Sažetak
In this paper the FEM is used for calculating the transient response of horizontal multi-disc rotor supported by two dry friction bearings. The nonlinearity in numerical simulation is introduced on the basis of contact force theory through the deformation vector at contact point. The nonlinear system of differential equations is solved by using HHT alpha method. The results of calculations are compared for rotors with different dry friction bearings parameters.
