Sažetak
Owing to the overall economic and town-planning developments going on recently, the coastal area has become an increasingly attractive tourist destination, mostly anarhic in form, as well as a field for the performance of various activities. In this paper, the author deals with the forms of travel and tourism industry having a totally occupying and degrading impact upon the natural environment. With a view to promoting tourist destination prosperous development, the author has made an effort of pleading upon tourist destination top managers to make the assessment of tourist destination carrying capacity an obligatory prerequisite.
