Sažetak
In this paper we will take a closer look at proverbs, metaphors and colors. We are aiming towards the cognitive matrix that underlies proverb production. We'll also try to shed some light on the following questions: What makes proverb so eminently storable in the brain and so radically retrievable from it? Is there some underlying motivation for the figurative meaning associated with proverbs
