Sažetak
In the majority of cases, the design of particularly complex infrastructural construction projects seldom includes the analysis of construction techniques, technology and management in terms of valorization of feasibility and economy in the realization of the designed. One of the reasons for this situation is the inadequate previous education of the designers due to neglect of technological (and therefore organizational) component in the estimation of the techno-economical acceptability of the selected by project construction structure conception. This paper offers a description of the necessary methods for the comprehensive approach in designing the particularly complex constructions in highway engineering and hydro energetic engineering. Therefore, this paper shows in the first place the general problems in the realization of the construction projects for the reasons of neglecting the construction technology and organization in designing the complex in-line and similar construction projects. Furthermore, it shows the possible methods of solving the mentioned problems through the suggestion of the guidelines which would represent the basis for the particular model of continuous techno-economical valorization of the design solution during the designing and construction phases (if we assume that designing of the particular complex buildings ends with the construction completion). In conclusion, this paper suggests the possible methods of education of designers of civil engineering, and it proposes the potential variants of the legalization of some sort of "technology and organization projects for the construction of complex infrastructural projects" as integral parts of the complete technical project documentation.
