Sažetak
Two methods for destruction of biological material for selenium analysis were compared: wet digestion by conductive heating and digestion in a microwave oven, both in a closed system. Selenium was determined by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry with palladium as matrix modifier. Results showed that both methods of digestion give comparable precision and accuracy.
