Sažetak
First part of this work explains the statistical based modelling concept that was accomplished during the development process of new distance learning (DL) services. To explain the significant quantitative and qualitative scientific data about “ what are the most significant information technology (IT) aspects of a modern integrated learning management system (?)” is main objective of the whole work. Second part of this work explains the relationships between eLearning Management System (eLMS) and mobile or mLearning Management System (mLMS) as new technological possibilities for modern DL, where iLearning Management System (iLMS) is in fact original IT based integration between eLMS and mLMS tools. This part of study research a new IT based iLMS structured model throughout quantitative results that were accomplished from simulation analysis of few actual information exchanges in human learning. Last part of this work creates a relevant structure of real market costs for modern DL projects.
