Sažetak
In this report we describe a child with tuberous sclerosis who presented with multipleheart rabdomyoma and West syndrome. Initally intracardiac tumor in the right ventricle was identified on prenatal ultrasound at the gestational age of 29 weeks. After delivery two separate tumors in the right ventricle were echo scaned nd carefully followed. Later on child was diagnosed with Tuberous sclerosis and west syndrome. At five months of age heart tumors decreased in size but twomonths later started to regrow. Since tumors severely opstructed right ventricular in flow and out flow tract, and also caused atrial dysrhytmia surgical reduction was done. Postoperative recovery went without complications, and subsequent follow-up showed no evidence of further tumor growth
