Sažetak
Our strategy in this field remained unchanged for more than thirty years. The basic procedure for node in one lobe of the thyroid has been total lobectomy, for all malignant tumors total thyroidectomy, for differentiated carcinomas only curative paraglandular and neck dissections and for undifferentiated tumors elective neck dissection, always radical.
