Sažetak
Globalization of the economy is one of the main driving foreces fuelling changes in strategy formulation and management process in the organization regardless of their size and sector. One of the most popular choices in a range of business growth stategies, in last two decades, became a full integration of companies through mergers and acquisitions.Financial sector in Croatia experience a strong M&A in last few years. However, the process is rarely finished without problems. The paper presents three illustrative cases from the Croatian banking sector.
