Sažetak
Protonation (pK1 and pK2) and copper(II)-binding stability constants(log ß1, logß2) of glycine and five N-alkylated glycines were determined by potentiometric titration and correlated with eight topological indices. The indices were calculated from the three kinds of structural formulas. Difference in log K1-logK2 values between experiment and theory (W) were reproduced with absolute errors between 0.039 and 0.075 log units. Logß1 and logß2 values were reproduced within the absolute error limits 0.0493 and 0.679 log units (I´), respectively.
