Sažetak
Nematode communities were studied in two different soil tillage treatments under winter wheat. Soil samples were taken from wheat fields in crop rotation from two different treatments: standard and reduced tillage. The total number of nematodes per 1 kg of dry soil was 10375 and 7253 nematodes for reduced and standard tillage respectively. A similar number of nematode genera were found in both tillage treatments (19 in reduced tillage and 21 in standard sillage). The proportion of bacterial feeders (35-37%), omnivores (3-4%), and predators /1%) were similar in both treatments. However, the proportion of plant-parasitc nematodes (14% nad 24 % in reduced and standard tillage respectively) and fungal feeders (46% and 35% in reduced and standard tillage respectively) differed between treatment, although absolute values were lower in the standard tillage treatment than in the reduced tillage treatment. We conclude that the effects of tillage did not significantly affect nematode communities in winter wheat fields.
