Sažetak
The content of Pb and Cd was determined in six different kinds of flour and baker´s products by square wave voltammetry. Two different methods were used for samples destruction: TECATOR system DS-40 (wet method) and muffle furnace (dry method). The destruction with TECATOR system DS-40 was better. The concentration was determined by the standard addition method.
